These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luma Habit website (the “Site”) and any digital guides or materials available through it. By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make purchases.
1. Content and Purpose
All content on the Site, including text, suggestions, and digital guides, is provided solely for general lifestyle inspiration and personal enjoyment. It is not professional advice of any kind — medical, nutritional, therapeutic, or otherwise. Nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.
2. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site and any purchased digital guides for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
3. Digital Guides – Access and License
Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased digital guide(s) for your private enjoyment. Access is delivered digitally (via link, file, or instructions) typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Access is for you alone and may not be shared or transferred.
4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are in Peruvian Soles (PEN). We use secure third-party payment processors. All sales are final once digital access has been provided.
Refund policy: Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days from purchase and only if you have not accessed, downloaded, viewed, or used any portion of the guide. To request a refund, contact us using the details on the Site. No refunds after access is granted, after 7 days, or for change of mind post-delivery.
5. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luma Habit and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or content.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lima, Peru.
